MSA UBC/SFU Summer Special BBQ

Assalamu alaykum brothers and sisters!

Get your summer celebrations started at the MSA-UBC & MSA-SFU Annual Summer BBQ, Sunday June 27th, 11am-6pm, insha'Allah! This year we have a great location at the Miniature Railway #1 Picnic Site at Stanley Park Junction/Children's Farmyard! It's a great location for families with the miniature train, petting zoo, water park are play ground for the kids! 

What about the rest of us you say? This year's BBQ will be a fun-filled event, insha'Allah with great food, bike riding, badminton, and volleyball for brothers and sister! There is a shaded area with tables as well as open fields for sun-lovers! This location will accommodate everyone's needs, insha'Allah!


IMPORTANT UPDATE: Sheikh Abdu-AlRahman Murad will be joining us at the BBQ, insha'Allah, for a very appropriate short halaqah - Halal and Haram Foods in Canada!

Advanced Prices (from now until June 26th, 11:59pm)

Adult Price Package $5: Includes burger (beef/chicken) OR hot dog, salad, chips and a drink.
Child Price Package $4: Includes burger (beef/chicken) OR hot dog, chips and a drink.

Tickets purchased the day of the event will increase by $2 for both adults and children so RESERVE YOURS NOW!!!

SITE LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS
The picnic site is located at a 2 minute walk from the sea wall (near Lumberman's Arch/Water Park) for those who want to walk, bike or rollerblade their way to the event, #19 bus brings you immediately to the bus loop next to the site as well, there are 2 parking lots for drivers.
